Anyone can put a stop to bullying. A perfect example of this is Dylan Beckham, a nine-year-old in Bowling Green, KY, who stood by an autistic classmate and insisted that the bullying stop. His insistence of “No Bullying Here” spread through his school and his entire hometown.
